Cal Academy of Sciences
J and I went to the Golden Gate Park today. I was hoping to get in the newly opened California Academy of Sciences. The free admission tickets were sold out after an hour of opening. I had no idea it was going to be that crazy. I think besides Bay to Breakers, I’ve never seen that many people at the park. There were lots of overpriced food and drink booths, and live music playing as well. We ended up just laying on the grass and enjoyed a very nice afternoon. Plus we walked from my place to and back from the park, so we got our exercise for the day as well. I’ll have to go back to the museum when the crowds die down a bit. Seeing how close it is to my apartment, I’m considering to become a member.
